Double Rainbow Stuns Lewis County, Locals Report Leprechaun Sprinting Toward Fuller’s Market
CHEHALIS, WA — A rare double rainbow lit up the skies across western Lewis County yesterday, stunning residents from Adna to Centralia and briefly halting Facebook arguments over potholes and politics. Locals described the spectacle as “beautiful,” “magical,” and “definitely a sign that God still likes us, at least a little.”
While meteorologists insisted it was just sunlight refracting through moisture, most residents weren’t buying it. “That’s exactly what the deep state wants you to think,” said one man in Adna, who claimed he saw a small leprechaun sprinting toward Fuller’s Market with a handful of gold and a suspicious grin.
By sunset, social media was flooded with photos captioned “God’s Promise Over Lewis County,” “End Times Confirmed,” and “Found the pot of gold, it’s in a pothole on Chamber Way.”
At press time, Chehalis city officials announced plans to commemorate the event with a new slogan: Chehalis, where miracles, mild confusion, and stray leprechauns happen.
